The Programme combines the Harvard case method, Socratic dialogue, and peer-coaching. Professor-led sessions will be followed by a peer coaching process facilitated by Lismullin.

Faculty
Carlos Rodríguez is a professor of leadership at IESE Business School, which the Financial Times ranked as the Number 1 in the world for executive education programmes and for custom programmes for six consecutive years (2015-20). It is currently delivering Enterprise Ireland’s “Leadership 4 Growth Programme”. The Economist ranked IESE Number 1 in the world for the MBA programme in 2021.
Carlos has a PhD in organisational behaviour from Stanford University in California, and a PhD in philosophy from the University of Navarre in Spain. He has taught and advised companies extensively in four continents. He is married and father to eight children.
