Theme: What am I afraid of? Strong Roots, Brave Voice: Living with Virtue in a Complicated World

Outline

The event starts at 4 pm on Saturday and finishes on Sunday at 2 pm after lunch. There will be talks and sessions on topics related to life and faith. There will also be a half hour session of guided prayer (or meditation) by the priest as well as Mass on the Sunday morning. You will also have the opportunity to go to confession and avail of spiritual direction.

Alex Loewe is a Life Coach specialising in ADHD coaching for children and adults and runs training on ADHD accommodations. She has 25 years’ experience as a coach, facilitator, and mentor and is a certified ADHD Clinical Practitioner.

Máire Cassidy holds degrees in Law (UCD), Gaelic and Geography (University of Galway), and a postgraduate qualification in Education (Trinity College). She works in Rosemont School. Máire hosts the Hearts+Minds podcast where she explores topics of faith, relationships and meaning.
