Professor Carlos Rodríguez-Lluesma works in the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School in Spain. He has held various teaching and research positions at Stanford University, where he obtained his second PhD. Earlier he completed a Masters and a PhD in philosophy at the University of Glasgow and at the University of Navarre respectively. He has considerable hands-on experience as a freelance consultant in industries such as financial services, biotechnology, consumer goods and management consulting. He also serves as an advisor to a political consulting start-up in Silicon Valley. IESE, which was ranked first in the world for executive education by the Financial Times in May 2016 for the second year in a row, is delivering the Leadership for Growth programme for Enterprise Ireland in 2017.

Speaker: John Carr, Vice President – Supply Chain Solutions, Flex International (https://flex.com/), an American multinational technological manufacturer, with 200,000 employees in 30 countries. Prior to joining Flex, he held senior management positions with Digital Equipment, EMC, AST and Irish Express Cargo. He holds a Masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering, an MBA, and is completing a Doctorate in Supply Chain.
