Becoming a true leader: the importance of values & ethics

November 2011

‘Ethics requires that you ask yourself: what kind of person do I want to see in the mirror in the morning?’ (Peter F Drucker, Classic Drucker).

The Lismullin Leadership Forum will provide you with insights that are relevant to how you lead your organisation and how you manage business relationships. You will benefit from the experience and insights of other participants and clarify for yourself what sets of values influence your decisions.
