History:
The Lismullin Leadership Forum was set up in 2006 to help business people develop their leadership talents to the full, and create a network to provide mutual support in the context of business development. An all-Ireland initiative, its 40 daylong seminars to date have been attended by some 400 business people, with a high level of participation from Northern Ireland. Professional integrity and ethics play a vital role in the ethos of the Forum. The first 6-module course in ethical leadership took place in 2015-2016 and those who completed it were presented with their certificates 0n 23rd September 2016.
Lismullin Institute:
Its aim is to foster the pursuit of excellence and balance in work, family and social commitments. Inspired by the spirit of the Opus Dei Prelature (www.opusdei.ie), it promotes a variety of activities, including conferences and seminars, lectures and publications, which reflect a Christian outlook on life and culture. These activities are open to people of all creeds and backgrounds. As a not-for-profit organization, the Institute relies on the generous support of many who share its ideals.
